Clean air in the chemical industry

During the manufacture of many chemical products, gases and vapours quickly spread around a process line. Fine dust and aerosols (very small liquid droplets or solid particles floating in the air) can contaminate the surrounding air. In chemical production areas, source extraction and ventilation can be used to reduce the concentration of these types of contaminants. With source extraction, gases, vapours, fine dust and aerosols can be removed as close to the source as possible.
