Many production processes are nowadays automated to increase the efficiency of an entire factory. Air Solutions Holland has control solutions that can easily be integrated into the complete industrial automation of a factory. Our control technology, steers, manages, calculates and controls, but can also monitor, monitor and protect an entire production process and/or machine. These can ultimately be mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and/or pneumatic components. We have experience with:
- Programming of different PLC brands (mostly Siemens or Rockwell, Allen Bradley)

We always use the following step-by-step plan during the various phases of a project's implementation:
- Functional design specification (FDS)
- Detail engineering
- Panel construction (hardware)
- Software programming
- Factory acceptance test hardware - software (FAT)
- Site acceptance test (SAT)
Our controls use object-oriented function blocks, based on the flexible way of automation described in the ISA-88 standard. On the basis of these ISA-88 function building blocks and specific controls, the control for your application is configured and programmed according to customer-specific design. The ISA-88 standard creates optimum efficiency with high flexibility. Our control systems make use of standardised control algorithms, which have been continuously improved by our many years of experience. Fault messages and alarms are also pre-defined, programmed and extensively tested. This approach enables us to offer a tailor-made total solution for our customer. By properly documenting everything in the engineering phase, discussing it with you as a customer and extensively testing it in the FAT, the complete commissioning time at your location is minimized.
