Hot and cool air for the pharmaceutical industry

All kinds of pharmaceutical processes require an air technical cooling or heating step. Particularly the control accuracy and hygiene regulations in cleanrooms require a lot from our air treatment solutions. Air Solutions Holland therefore provides tailor-made solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. With our air handling units we can carry out and/or combine any desired process step:

Every industry brings new challenges, and we pay attention to this during the design phase of our air handling units. We have developed a special clean room executiuon for the pharmaceutical industry. These units are equipped with specific filter regulations and classes, all in accordance with the FDA or GMP guidelines. By taking this into account during the design phase, your final factory certification is much easier to achieve. If potentially explosive substances are processed and possibly end up in the process air, the air handling unit can be supplied in an ATEX certified execution. If harmful solvents are released in the process, the air handling unit is equipped with chemically resistant frames, plating, heat exchangers and fans. Air Solutions Holland therefore makes a customer specific plan for the pharmaceutical industry to eventually heat and/or cool the air in the best way, this can be done directly with natural gas, freon, air or water, but also indirect heating is possible.

Our air handling units can be constructed horizontally or vertically, with air volumes varying from 2,000 to 200,000 m³/h depending on the application. Depending on this application, industry, desired execution and available space, we design the most optimal/efficient installation. It is not without reason that we can proudly state that we can offer a suitable solution for every specific customer requirement in the pharmaceutical industry.
