For 25 years Air Solutions Holland has all the necessary expertise to take your process to the next level. Our core activities are related to tailor-made complete (turn-key) solutions to treat air in an industrial environment. This includes filtration, cooling, heating and odour treatment of all kinds of air flows, which are required in industrial production processes. Air Solutions distinguishes itself from its competitors by doing this in combination with energy savings at a sustainably high level. Where others stop, Air Solutions continues with the entire plan. More and more companies are confronted with stricter requirements and legislation concerning energy consumption, emissions and labour guidelines. Good examples are the current nitrogen and PFAS problems, but also the ever rising gas prices. Air Solutions believes that this will be the biggest challenge for many companies in the coming decades. This means recovering heat from residual flows, recirculating air through the use of filtration techniques, using heat pumps for cold and hot water at lower temperatures. By applying innovative methods it is often already possible to optimise production processes and thus produce less CO2. That is why Air Solutions Holland acts as an advisor in the preliminary process, we help to set up business cases for many different technically sustainable solutions, but Air Solutions Holland goes one step further. Our aim is to jointly realise the results from the business case during the construction of your plant or the optimisation of your process. The key to success is mapping out all energy flows, in this way a good before and after image is created so that the savings are also visible. From functional design, detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, service support to eventual corrective & preventive maintenance. We are happy to take on this challenge together with you! The main industries we focus on are the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and waste processing industries. In order to guarantee durable technical solutions for a longer period of time Air Solutions Holland offers service contracts, this way you are assured of a continuous good functioning of the installed system. Our service contracts are available in various variants, such as remote access support via a modem, but also long-term contracts in which periodic preventive maintenance is carried out by our specialised technicians.
