Air Solutions Holland helps the industry to realize these kind of process steps with a number of different types of water-water heat exchangers:

• Immersion type heat exchangers mounted in a bath or tank to minimize heat transfer losses.
• Tube and shell heat exchanger, external but very compact horizontally or vertically mounted
• Plate heat exchanger, externally mounted but still very flexible, easy to clean and easily achievable capacity expansion

All different heat exchangers are built modularly, but are customer specific designed/assembled. The desired power, fluid temperature ranges, pressure drop and chemical resistance are the main design input data.
